Hello Everyone!
My name is Steven Currie. We recently moved to Clarksville TN. The housing market is quite active here with lots of real estate agents in town. There is a lot of turnover because of Fort Campbell , a very large Army base about 10 miles north of here. If you are ever in the vicinity of Nashville, give a shout, and I'll come meet you for lunch or coffee.
Lately, I have been concentrating on working on REO deals. I have some excellent supply sources.
I have spoken to several people here in the forum and they have all been very friendly and helpful. People want to learn great things here and work out win-win deals.

I just wanted to let you know that I am interested in SHORTSALES. I Actually would like to be able to do them myself (with my team) but still give a 6% commission to the agent (less work for him/her). I look for 500k upwards to 5 million. I am a cash buyer, and want to relist the property with the agent for a quick sale. Agent must be willing to allow my team the negotiating power.
