I've been in Real Estate Investing for the past year-in-half taking workshops, seminar's, reading everything I can get my hands on, and now I'm looking to do my first deal. I'm concentrating on Wholesale, and "Cash Flow" deals, but never pasting up any opportunities that exist. I also want to expand to other markets to do JV projects with other REI's.
On my personal side, I'm married, 2 adult kids, with 6 grandkids(1girl&5boys). Retired ARMY,and now taking my real estate investing full-time.

Hello Soldier. I get to Hawaii every couple of years or so. We have some property over on Maui, west side. Maybe we can connect the next time I am in the state. Tentative plans to be there this September.
Do you ever leave the islands and travel to Europe? Any chance you would pass thru London?

Hi - I do have 2 listings one is a a tri plex with 1 unit only thou for sale. $134,999 MLS 754785 and the other one is a pre list that will be listed soon and its a townhome.
