About Me
I've been investing in Real Estate in the Sarasota/Manatee area since 1982. I'm a Multi-Licensed Real Estate Broker and my current passion is online business development. I'm proud to be a House Flipper and I force myself to be a decent Landlord (it's more difficult by the day). I stretch my brain trying to understand and create web pages for my businesses. I enjoy writing about Real Estate, Rehabbing and Landlording. Just haven't mastered the way make the writing part cashflow positive yet.

I have several but the one I'd like to share with this community is my latest. It's an Virtual Real Estate Brokerage currently offering Flat Fee, Limited Service MLS Listings. The name is FloridaInternetRealty.com. I have 2 other business partners in this venture, a webmaster and a marketing guy. We just launched the site and deal primarily with investors and FSBO's in Florida. Our company allows Sellers who choose to "Self Represent" their property For Sale to List for Le$$ in the MLS.
