I have been a top producing Realtor for the past 8 years and have finally crossed over to the other side!
Currently I am focusing on short sale investing, working with Realtors to generate short sale opportunities where I oversee simultaneous closings (A-B), (B-C) to help home owners avoid foreclosure while making a profit.
I split my profits with my Realtor partners helping them make double if not more commissions on every deal.

I am looking for short sale opportunities. I am a Nathan Jurewicz student who has set up my entire team to facilitate simultaneous closes on short sale sales; A-B, B-C transactions.
