Looking For
We are looking for other individuals or groups that would like to do some JV's are straight return investments. We have several lucrative projects that people can jump on now or wait for some projects that are in the planning stages. We hope to find individuals or groups that have are same mind set and goals and also people to learn more trade secrets from. We would love to find as many contacts as possible in the fields we are working.
About our company
We are a group of 6 individuals, all with very diverse backgrounds. Our members are all in the development field, all with finance backgrounds and range between 29-37. With 3 members living in Charlotte and 3 members living in the Washington DC area, we cover a vary wide range. As well is residential development we also own 2 entertainment companies and we are presently working on a 2.387 acre parcel of land in downtown Charlotte that we are turning into a state of the art entertainment center with a national recording studio and a 20k sq ft lounge/restaurant like no other in the country!
My Business
We are in the business of reaching out and pulling people together to invest in the ever growing Charlotte, NC market. We have 3 projects on our plate right now, the smallest being at $10MM total acquisition and rehab. With how the Charlotte market is growing we would like to get more people involved not only to strengthen our portfolio but also use the contacts we have so we can all make some money together.
