For over 25 years, I worked for a large international corporation starting as an accountant and working my way up to a global Vice President position. I wanted to try a different life style and chose the real estate industry in October 2007 as my new beginning to focus all my energy and skills. What a time to start! Every year is better than the last year.

I work in the residential real estate field and, like most realtors, have worked with numerous 1st time homebuyers which provided me with personal satisfaction. I am now focusing on sellers in pre-foreclosure, as a result of layoffs or illnesses, to find buyers for their homes. Many of these sellers would love to stay in their homes and pay rent to the new owners. Which means = I am always looking for investors.

I am looking for investors who would like to own rental properties with tenants that are eager to stay in their homes. Here is the situation:
I have two clients who are in pre-foreclosure status that are facing difficult times due to the economy. They would love to stay in their homes and have agreed to pay rent to the new owner of their homes. The Carol Stream home is listed with MLS# 07550227. The second home is in Elgin and will be listed this week.
The opportunity for the investor is no additional cash outlay for improvements, long-term tenants are already on premises with monthly resources to pay the rent, property can be purchased at short sale prices and tenants will maintain the property. If the financial situation improves for these individuals, they would like to purchase their home back in a few years.
I also have a duplex in Minooka that is in great condition and have been receiving calls to rent this property. The owner just wants to sell and does not want to take on tenants.
