Hello,

I am new to investing. I'm a Missouri resident. I've read a book and some internet related articles about Short Sales. I find the concept very interesting, especially in today's preforeclosure market.

While I understand the concept of Short Sales, for the life of me I'm unable to find the true nuts and bolts on how to do it. Where to begin, forms-procedures-and contacts, closing of a deal, quick exit strategy, etc.

I should mention I'm on a very tight budget and for all practical purposes I'm starting from zero.
