I have a property that for sell in the Baltimore,MD. This is a 2bedroom 1bathroom townhouse. You can turned this property around and less then a month, I mean it's very little work needed on this property. It's an investor dream house with the condition it's in. The area is a home owners friendly neighborhood and have a school right across the street and one around the corner. The sale comps in this area are at $79,000 and the rental comps are at $650,00 to $750,00. The asking price is $55,000. Hey Steven I see that you invest in the Maryland market ..... I'm in need of help is their any1 you know of that want's 2 buy in the Dallas Texas market, I have 2 deals, 1 of them is retailed at $1,365,000.00 .... and now I'm selling it for $825,000.00, and the other is retailed at $1,175,000.00 and I'm selling it for $780,000.00, I need 2 find buyers ....
