Besides real estate, I've been into learning about holistic medicne and natural remedies. I love to read any books I can get my hands on. I enjoy any form of exercise, particularly if it involves being outside. I love to travel, go dancing, and I'm a big "foodie". I love to cook and love trying new restuarants.
About Me
I'm originally from Houston, TX and have a lot of family still in Mexico. I've lived in New York, Detroit, Atlanta, and I'm now in Louisville, KY. I've always enjoyed real estate and that has been my career focus since university. My background includes experience in marketing/sales, consulting and valuation work, credit/banking, and commercial real estate underwriting.
My Business
My business partner, Tonya, and I started SOSN Properties a couple of years ago and are in the process of growing it. Our focus and speciality is working with pre-foreclosures and short sales, although we also have a straight-up wholesale side of our business. While our main business focus is to grow in transactions, we are dedicated to helping the homeowners we work with, both the sellers and buyers, and want everyone involved to leave our transactions having more education than they did before. It's all about the positive energy flow!

You mentioned growing the company in terms of more transactions. What ways are you pursuing so that the company does hit the higher numbers? Is it mostly more marketing for distressed sellers or are there other ways to grow the numbers?
