About Me
I am an experianced property manager who has handled rentals, repairs, & Landlord-Tenant relations of 1 - 6 unit Multi-family properties, apartments, Section 8 properties, & a few large older home Estate/Farm properties over the years. I also had my own Carpentry & Handyman business as well for much of that time in which I did a lot of Period Reconstruction of Older Homes.
My Business
Though I have helped many other investors over the years with their properties, I must admit at this time I do not own any of my own. But, I am definately looking! I am looking to build business relationships with other investors, either as a "bird dog" to help them aquire properties or in a Property Managment role if needed. Being an experianced Contractor I could also help with property inspections, estimates, & re-hab work to fix properties up to be rented or for a quick re-sale flip.
As a investor, I would be very interested in Searching for properties that could be "wholesaled" for a quick flip. Also, any property that has lease option posibilities that is either rented already or could be rented easily for a positive cashflow I would like to hear about also. Paying a premium for a property doesn't scare me so long as we can make the numbers work as so it is a win-win situation for all involved. So, let me know what you have & maybe we can make a deal!
