Hey, I'm 23 years old and i've been investing for four years full time. I live in eastern Connecticut. I quit my job one day at Dicks Sporting Goods because the manager told me to tuck my shirt in. I had 1000.00 in the bank so i read lots and lots of REI forums online and every book i could find on real estate in the book store. I Flipped a contract for my first deal and made 22k which i split with my partner who is also 23 years old (we went to pre-school together).  I have done just over 40 deals in the past few years  and I will buy a house for myself to live in once i find a nice chunk of land i can build on. I quit college after about 3 months because everything I was learning was irrelevant. I never liked working or reporting to places. Office Space is one of my favorite movies along with Goodwill Hunting. I have a wonderful girlfriend named Kayla who I will get married to some day. I was never good on separating things into paragraphs. I like building outdoor fishponds and feeding my koi. I ride road bikes and used to ride BMX. I ride ATVs and tend to get a little crazy. I love playing golf. I snowboard and go on vacation. I like going on cruises and going to vegas. Ive been to france and I love it. I would live there if the I knew how to speak french. I have a hard time being serious about things. I'm pretty sarcastic. I dont like home inspections and I like to break glass. I like myspace. I sold the Beemer to buy a house so now I just drive my civic and my work van. I apparently like installing o2 sensors as well. my company is called Southeast Properties, LLC and we now have a radio ad and are expanding our billboards. We hope to have over 20 units 6 months from now. last but not least..I HATE paying Taxes and if i didnt have to pay them i would be rich and much happier. while i'm at it i hope gas prices reach 15.00 a gallon. just for the hell of it..
