I just wanted to pop in and let you know that REI Lead Tracker is finally complete (it took me forever). Hey Ryan I see that your in Indiana market ..... I'm in need of help is their any1 you know of that want's 2 buy in the Dallas Texas market, I have 2 deals, 1 of them is retailed at $1,365,000.00 .... and now I'm selling it for $825,000.00, and the other is retailed at $1,175,000.00 and I'm selling it for $780,000.00, I need 2 find buyers .... I and my fiancee recently decided to dabble into the real estate market in Houston, TX.And going by the blogs i have read on this website, i understand wholesaling is the surest and quickest way to acquire funds necessary to move further in this business.
