Our company was founded with the mission of helping as many homeowners as possible one home at a time. MainSource Properties, LLC is a multi-service company that tailors to the needs of Sellers, Buyers and Renters within the Indianapolis metropolitan market and beyond. Along with a healthy relationship with it's clients, and a professional commitment to satisfaction MainSource fosters the ideals of knowing the importance of affordable housing.
 
We work with Sellers who need to sell or want to sell, but do not want to wait six months to market and sell, repair and renovate their home, pay real estate commissions, or wait for an approved buyer. We work with buyers who we can move into the property quickly before they complete the tedious loan application and loan processing delays. We work with all types of buyers and situations.
 
We also provide services to real estate agents that dont work short sales.  We provide a competitive edge to agents in the short sale arena and we are dedicated to helping property owners. We seek to alleviate Real Estate Agents burdens in trying to handle short sale negotiations with multiple lenders. We are the third party that works with the homeowner and agent to handle all negotiations and settlements with the lenders to acheive a successful short sale and purchase the property.
 
 
 
 

I have over three years experience providing solutions to selllers and buyers in the Indianapolis area and beyond.

In 2010 I plan to shift strategies more towards preforeclosures and reo's while maintaining the wholesale and lease option side of the business.
