Hi Ron, I wanted to thank you for your courses. My grandfather purchased your courses for me when I returned from Afghanistan in 2003. I now have a portfolio of single family and multi family properties worth 5 million, and our total equity is almost 2 million. All of these properties were no money down deals, based on what I learned from your courses. I am temporarily disable from a parachuting accident, and it is really nice having a large cash flow coming in while I recover.
