My name is Roman, a current practitioner in real estate sales and loans. It seems like I have been in the business forever, and still loving it! There is no greater gratification in this business than to succeed in helping the people who need my assistance into their new home, ushering them into achieving the American dream of home-ownership. I have an MA in English Linguistics, and used to teach composition, grammar, etc. in some community college in Orange County. I am big into philosophy, literature, history, and the humanities, although I will never claim to have gained enough knowledge in these areas.
These knowledge enable me to understand people a lot better, hence to provide them better assistance by understanding their needs. I no longer teach, but instead have gone full-time doing real estate and mortgage. I do miss teaching, and I still harbor thoughts of getting into it again since I have always enjoyed the dialogic interactions with my students. For now, I am focusing on providing you with the best service possible in real estate and mortgage, making your satisfaction in the process of homeownership my primary objective and passion. I would like to introduce myself as I am new to this site. I own a wholesaling company in Phoenix and have another branch located in Austin, TX.
