I work at my Business fulltime and I also work at a job fulltime as well. I'm lucky because my wife and I don't have any children which would take up a lot of our time. I also have to thank my wife because she has sacrificed a lot to watch me achieve my Goals. Watching me achieve my goals got her motivated to achieve hers.
On the Real Estate front this is by far THE BEST market I have ever seen. When the media is telling the masses how bad the Real Estate market is the masses tend to sell properties on the cheap. When I first moved to Washington houses were appreciating at about 10 to 12% now we are seeing negative appreciation within King county. Even on the retail front I've seen houses lose 100k. It was A LOT harder to find deals a few years ago then it is now. Don't let this market get away without acting, you will regret it a few years from now. This is the kind of market Millionaires are made.
I'm currently looking for Multifamily properties 20 Units or more. If you have properties within another state feel free to send me the financials with some photos of the property. If you also have some single family properties in Florida or Hawaii, (My wife and I are planning on moving there) feel free to send me those as well. If you want to partner on a deal also let me know. I have forms that my Real Estate Lawyer has approved of to be valid within Washington State. Looking forward to expanding my Network. UPDATE!! We achieved our Goals and now we have moved to sunny Florida. We love it here and we are glad that we are here. It's the best place we have moved to so far. Now with the move I have to build another network of people. So all of the Contractors, Agents, Insurance Brokers, Lenders, Investors, Rehabbers in Florida I would like to Network with you. Thanks for the comment. I hung up the hockey skates a few years ago after a near serious injury. I thought I blew out my knee. It ended up being a bad sprain but it was enough of a warning that I haven't played in a league since. Then moved off L.I. and my softball days were done. Just haven't really explored any leagues upstate where I am now. Maybe I should.
