Noblesville Project:

10 months into the project.  ...ended up tearing the house down to the studs - and tearing out a couple of walls!  This was not so much a rehab as much as it has been a restoration.  Not a project for the faint of heart or beginer. 

Architectural details go down to custom stained glass in the custom built transums over the doors. 

 

About Me
I was not born a Hoosier, but I have lived here since the early 1970's.  I attended Purdue University where I received a BS in Engineering, then when to graduate school.  I currently hold two Masters in Management.  To pay for all that education, I worked for a variety of craftsmen; who shared their secrets in Building Trades.  I've built a couple of homes from the ground up, and rehabbed several more.  In 2004 I founded Renaissance Consulting...

Renaissance Consulting, LLC started in 2004 as a Home Inspection business.  I've slowly worked at building the business, now Renaissance is a botique real estate brokerage.  The business model is currently to work with Investors and proffessionals to rehabilate homes - and some day entire neighborhoods.
