About Me
Hello and thanks for visiting my page. I have been dedicated to Mentoring, Training, Educating and Speaking to Investors for years and thoroughly enjoy helping people become successful in this industry. It is my sincere belief that Real Estate is one of the best vehicles for wealth known to man. This market is fantastic for most, but the time for education and understanding has never been more important. These are the times when we can set up our retirements, but these are also the times where many speculative investors will risk their future by not following a strategy for success.
I have flipped, rehabbed, purchased and transacted over 400 Residential Properties in my 12 years as an investor. I am currently involved in Developments throughout Florida and Alabama, building Green Quality Living at Affordable Prices and running campaigns for many of the developers who in trouble this year. This business is changing and we must change with it. I wish I would have had more mentors when I started. There is so much more available to investors nowadays. I have studied all facets of real estate and have learned the art of Appraisals, Lending, Wholesaling, Taxation, Incorporation, Marketing , Foreclosures, Short Sales, etc. etc. (not trying to sound more important than I am LOL)
What I have learned most is that anyone can still help me and I do better for myself if I can help 1 more investor learn how to become successful.

Enjoy the days - make of them what is allowed, play as hard as you work, don't forget to DO WHAT YOU WANT TO before it's too late even if you could later do it. Old folks who have money and no memories are pretty boring company, so that should NEVER be a goal. Who I am doesn't matter - it's who we BECOME that might one day improve the world, if only by a fraction.
My "Heroes" wear the Unform of the USA, my mentors have been those whose lives have changed the world for the better. Be they good teachers, great Doctors, hard-working scientists, engineers, realtors, lenders, store owners, single Moms/Dads, if their lives somehow improved theirs AND others', I listen carefully to all they have to say
