Clearly you missed the entire point of what I was talking about.  If you are an Ambassador, you heard me discuss this issue (and the legal interest requirement).  Those practicing CREI techniques are warned: be careful and have your cookie cutter reviewed.  Don't just think because someone is doing this or that, or that it worked last month, it is per se legal.  That is the point.  CREI works, but it also has its traps.  This is one of the most regulated ventures out there.  The exclusion of sound review makes little sense.  Clearly I indicated that I HAVE NOT REVIEWED your business model!  So I do not know what you are doing.

Rather my point is a clear warning to everyone, do not take the word of another when your freedom is at stake.  Caveat Emptor.

Thank you very much... As for what "we" do Please trust and believe that "I" have checked and doubled checked with the people that matter in the City of "CLEVELAND" and have not only been assured that my company is in conformity with "current" real estate law. I am not against what you have stated... however, what I am stating is that "one" has to have a "Legal" interest in a property before he/she can sell it regardless of how many Realtors, Brokers, Real Estate Commission Boards and whomever else throw "tantrums!" I DO NOT ADVOCATE ANYONE TO BREAK THE LAW! I do however, encourage people to be informed of there right as they continue to endeavor towards success. Actually, our "cookie cutter" program, ONLY closes with the County Auditor, Attorney & Title Company. I appreciate your review of the articles posted. However, I do have a question? If everything "we" as CREI are doing is "illegal" what would be your solution to us? To become "Relators?" And by-the-way, yes, we make money but I kinda think you got me mixed up with some of those Individuals in your case law review. "EVERYTHING" my company does is legitmate! To answer your question as to if I am "Licensed?" Why would I waste my money to pay someone to teach me what I slready know? Or better yet, why not pay to become a "licensed" realtor and sit at a desk and do what the current school of "Realtors" are doing.... Calling companies like "MINE" seeking the advice and monies of CREI why I an indebted "Licensed Relator" sat on a $2500 Education debt? I RATHER THINK NOT!!!! RIYAHSDREAM12
