Jonathan Dever is the Founding Partner of Dever Legal Services, Ltd.. Jonathan obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of Cincinnati, His Master's Degree in Industrial Labor Relations from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, Studied International Comparative Labor Relations at Adam Mischevich University, Attended Oxford University, and received his Juris Doctorate from Capital University Law where he received a Certificate of Concentration in Employment and Labor Law and was a Member of the Law Review Staff.
Jonathan has been recognized as a Super Lawyer by Law and Politics in 2005, 2006, and 2007. He has also been recognized by Strathmore's Who's Who in 2006 and 2007. He is licensed to practice law in the State of Ohio, before the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Southern District Court of Ohio. Clearly you missed the entire point of what I was talking about. If you are an Ambassador, you heard me discuss this issue (and the legal interest requirement). Those practicing CREI techniques are warned: be careful and have your cookie cutter reviewed. Don't just think because someone is doing this or that, or that it worked last month, it is per se legal. That is the point. CREI works, but it also has its traps. This is one of the most regulated ventures out there. The exclusion of sound review makes little sense. Clearly I indicated that I HAVE NOT REVIEWED your business model! So I do not know what you are doing.
Rather my point is a clear warning to everyone, do not take the word of another when your freedom is at stake. Caveat Emptor.
