I've always wanted to become an active real estate investor, but until I found this website I never quite knew how to feel connected to the real estate investor community. Sure there are many places to learn real estate investing, but places like RealEstateInvestor.com are very hard to find. Especially, a community where we all try to help each other on the way to the top in reaching our goals and investing ambitions.
I honestly believe that many people in the real estate investing community are some of the most positive and dynamic people you could be associated with! I really believe that. If I didn't, I wouldn't invest or spend any of my time here. The education opportunities here are diverse, and the people here are wonderful and very success minded.

I am an investor. I purchase short sale properties from listing agents and pay them the full bank allowed commission plus 1%. Can I have my buyers Realtor contact you? We do the short sale negotiating with the bank - is that OK with you?
Once I take full legal title to the property I then resell MY property using the same listing agent. In other words the original listing agent gets paid twice on the same property. And this can happen in just a very short time frame of months.
