Hello Randolph,

I do have a property we are finishing up that we will be selling at a discount to unload for future endeavors.  The address is 1923 Hall Ave 28205, it is located in Midwood.  It has been totally gutted and rebuilt, it used to be a duplex.  It is now a 3/2.5 with approx 1600 sqft.  It has vaulted ceilings, hardwoods throughout, granite in kitchen and all baths, tile in all baths, jacuzzi tub, heated floors in master bath, and an overlook balcony.  We are putting the finishing touches on it mainly installing a driveway and lanscaping.  We are asking 275K, comps of this size are over 300K.  This is a hot area in charlotte, and values are rising.  If you bring us a buyer, we will pay you 5K at closing or if you're a realtor we will pay you 3% commission plus a 2,500 bonus.  You can contact me at 704 564-1532.  Thanks and have a great day!
