Hello everyone,
I am about to start getting all my marketing material together (Business cards, Postcards, Bandit signs, etc.) I was just wondering if any investors had some advice on what they found is there most important marketing techniques and what unique marketing have you developed to work for you? GOAL TO 5 DEALS!!!

I am really excited to start my real estate endeavors for the 2008 year. This year I want to focus on wholesales and have given myself a goal of doing 5 deals (to some this may seem very little, but this sounds like the right number for me.) What I will do is post blogs to keep track of what is going on with my wholesale deals so maybe anyone with advice, tips or just good comments may do so anytime. Thanks again for all the help and support from everyone on the site, I look forward to networking with everyone.
