Hello,
I have been on this site since Nov. 2007, and I am extremely new to the game of realestate. I have been studying wholesaling, an was wondering if anyone could help me understand how to evaluate a home (singel family). How can I tell if it is a good deal or not? Basically, what I need is a rundown, step by step path to understanding how to do comps on a home. All help is greatly appreciated.
