I have a customer wanting to sell in conroe asap! I'm in abq, nm so I dont know the area well. Are you actively buying homes in that area? How fast can you close?

I recently became a wholesaler and I wouldn't have it any other way! I was a fix and flipper previously and that has become really difficult to pull off in my local market. So I decided to start buying as cheaply as possible, skip the fix up part and sell directly to investors who want to flip or rent. I've only done 2 wholesale deals so far but I made more than $10,000 on one and a about $4,000 on the other. Pretty good considering that I didn't do any work on those properties! Wholesaling is the way to go!
