If I had to break down somewhere, I'm glad it was in Las Vegas!

By "broke down" I mean I broke down and forced myself to do some work and stop having fun... ugh! Just kidding, I made some time for both!
 
As I was making my way down the strip I saw an AWESOME opportunity to do our "Question of the Week" in front of the fountains at the Bellagio.

15m Short Term loan needed to secure land on Insurance Wrap Fund

 

Does anyone have ANY information on wrap insurance deals or investors that deal with will lend against one that is waiting for funding as we speak??
