I am a Realtor and builder in the Myrtle Beach, SC area. Our company has many oceanfront and second row vacation rentals listed in the Myrtle Beach area. My construction company builds 5-10 custom houses a year. I have dealt with all type of property transactions including residential, vacation, acreage, development, foreclosures, short sales, and much more.

Beach Realty is located in Garden City South Carolina and is a general brokerage and vacation rental company. We have many oceanfront and second row vacation homes listed on our rental program and for sale.
My personal Myrlte Beach real estate website receives over 50,000 page views a month as I actively send out newsletters on new properties, hot deals, and information about the Myrtle Beach area real estate market. Our Myrtle Beach real estate blog is updated weekly with new listings, featured vacation rentals and market updates.
CRG Construction is my design/build construction company. We build and design about 5-10 custom homes a year.
