Darrian Mitchell is the Founder of Premier Homes Unlimited, Inc. A Real Estate firm in Tampa, FL that was created to help clients in distressed situations. Darrian helps communities by rebuilding homes and helping first time home owners achieve the dream of Homeownership. The Mitchell's also helps aspiring entrepreneurs enter Real Estate and helps them create solid business that give back to the communities.

Lets see a little about me. I realized early on in life that "working  9-5" just wasn't going to cut it. I got out there and bought 2 Investment properties and thought I was on my way to my to being the next Donald Trump. Guess what??? It didn't happen I found out I was over financed and out of luck. Guess what happened next??? FORECLOSURE.

After that I decided to go back to the drawing board and figure out what I did wrong. First, I trusted someone else to have my best interest in mind (HUGE mistake) And secondly I bought in an area i didn't know.

So after realizing what I did wrong I set out to be successful. I rode with some investors in Tampa to learn what to look for. I talked to Rehab crews to find out about construction. And lastly I became a Loan Officer  and learned the Finance Part. From there the rest is History...
