About Me
Hi all! I live in the wonderful Pacific Northwest, and love everything about it! My husband, Dave, (not Fred) and I love working on a property ourselves and specifically have a love for older homes and properties that were built before 1930. We love old cars, and own a few of those too! When not looking for an investment we love going to car shows and spending time at the beach.
My Business
I am a real estate broker in Oregon and hold a license to sell in Washington State as well. When I don't keep the deal for myself, I look to others who may be interested, but only to those that are serious. I live in Vancouver, Washington which is just across the river from Portland, Oregon. The Portland/Vancouver market remains strong, and PMI's Economic Real Estate Trend report for Summer 2007 rated it as a having balance in each of their determinants: price volitivity and acceleration, affordability, and employment. Very Moderate Risk indicating that our market is not as likely as high risk markets to have a decline in real estate prices over the course of the next two years.
I have background in property management as well as sales and work with investors from all over the country.

I thought I might give you a resource to check out. Since it is harder and harder to qualify buyers, credit is more important than ever. I came across something that can help your prosepective buyers to get their scores that much better or higher so you can qualify them and thus make more sales and more money. It is a resource I have been using with a greater and greater number of my buyers and clients. So here it is:
