It has been over a year since my last comment, and I am still in the same predicament.  I started my company almost 3 years ago with the hope of growing it into something that would financially benefit me and my family.  However, none of that has transpired.  I am very frustrated with the outcome and ready to give up completely.  I have searched around for help, assistance, and guidance, only to find that no one was willing to provide me with such.  I have been seriously thinking about changing my entrepreneurial path to something else, because this real estate thing appears to be wrong for me.  I say this because there have been times when I sat on conference calls only to be baited into purchasing a program.  It's true....you need money to make money.

I am what you would consider a newbie to the Real Estate industry. I have established my company a few years ago, but have yet to make my first deal. This is due to time restraints, full-time employment, family life, etc. I hope my membership here will give me the push I need to eventually fire my employer and spend more time with my family.
