Hello All, thanks for stopping by!  I am a Real Estate Agent with Exit Premier Realty located in Largo, MD. and I LOVE what I do.  I am also a full-time mother & wife to the most wonderful family in the WORLD!! Because of them, FAILURE IS NOT AN OPTION

I like meeting new people, networking, sharing information, seeing projects at the beginning and threw to the end.

My mother said that she didn't want to work for someone else anymore so I decided to read up on Carlton Sheets, you know, maybe I can learn & teach her how the investors do it so she doesn't have to work anymore...but I didn't understand anything he said.

I took a real estate pre-lic. class with Weitcher & decided that I've found the business to be in.  Since then I've been here trying to learn the ins & outs so that I can help my mother acheive her goal...TO BE ABLE TO QUIT HER JOB and find the financial freedom and stability my family needs!

I know it's possibly because I see it first hand everyday!  I've been an active full time agent for 2 years and some months now and I've completed about 7 transaction.  I did a "lease option" to purchase my home...so now for the first time, my family & I have a home of our own!

At this point, I am working with a few investors that have money and of course, they are trying to buy low and be able to sell high!  It's not impossibly in our market here in MD. but it does get kind of crazy when the seller isn't as informed by their agent as they should be.  We have a smorgus board of properties on the market here and with all the condo conversions, neighborhoods being revitalized, everyone that wants to sell are, like investors, trying to sell high...but it just aint happinin'! LOL.
