Hello, and welcome to Open Door Property.  My name is Italo (Ee-tu-lo) Fortier.  It was either Italo or Harry and I think I got the better of the two names. 

I currently live in Upper Mount Bethel Pa. with the love of my life, my amazing wife Kelli. Also I'm the proud parent of an 9 year old little boy named Andre.  He has taught me the power of prayer and patience.  One can learn a lot from children if you're paying attention. 

And why am I here?  I hope to be a help to others.  To inspire, encourage and share valuable experience.   I was in the staffing industry for 8 years and helped a number of people find jobs to change their circumstances, for the better.  I've been in the mortgage business for close to two years and witnessed some great and not so great things in the business.  But I love real estate.  I love the challenge of it and just getting the deal done, especially when someone says it can't be done. 

Real estate investing opens the door to many opportunities and a wealth of experiences.  This is a business that can change ones life for the better, client or investor.  No matter what the market condition real estate is ahead of any industry if you are in the know.  It is one of my passions.  If you share the same passion, let's network and make things happen.

Open Door Property is a faith based real estate investment company.  We are headquartered in Upper Mount Bethel, Pa.  The company was established in 2008 and we are committed to demonstrating honesty and integrity in the real estate investment arena.   

Our Mission:

It is our mission to acquire commercial and residential properties to help build communities in New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania.   Moreover, to provide adequate housing for those in need and to open the door to home ownership with our credit restoration program.
