About Me
Like my screen name says, I am an Old Dog. I have been in real estate since 1972 and buying an flipping houses off and on since 1977. My partner and I have been full time investors in Florida for over 5 years and still going strong.

One thing that I have noticed in my investing career is that properly trained investors, with a bias toward action, are the most successful. To further this I have established a very limited coaching program to work with motivated students and make sure that they take the actions necessary for success.
