Funding/partnerships for real estate investing and expand knowledge of real estate investing through seasoned real estate experts.
My purpose is to help low to moderate income families who cannot obtain housing through conventional methods. They may have poorer credit than most due to illness or other genuine hard luck cases, but work hard to provide for their families and deserve decent housing at an affordable price. Their work record must be proven of course. Funding obtained would be used for A) To purchase property, renovate and resell, rent or rent to own; B) To secure residentially habitable areas in Darlington, Chesterfield and Florence County for building rental units (apartments, duplexes, or homes) to rent.
About Me
I was born and raised in New York City, NY. I'm 36 years old, the youngest of 11 children: 6 girls/5 boys. I'm also a single mother of 4 beautiful children: 3 girls, ages 17,16 and 13; and a boy, age 10. I've lived in South Carolina for the past 13 years.
When I'm not working, I write music, poetry, and short stories. I read/watch anything that is crime, drama, romance or comedy related. I also like to cook, go to the beach, go shopping or to the park with my children. I don't watch soaps, haven't in over 11 years so at this point there's absolutely nothing I can tell you about them.
I don't want a lot out of life except a decent home, car and to provide for my family comfortably. I have always loved real estate and would like to partner with someone who is able to invest in purchasing/flipping residential properties 60/40 split (the investor gets 60 percent, I get 40 percent of the purchase price).
