About Me
Hi! my name is Nicolas Alvarez, but most of my friends call me Nick for short. I am a Marine Master Gunnery Sergeant, currently on active duty. I am stationed at Camp Pendleton California and have been serving in the Marine Corps for 24 years. My Military career has led me to participate in several Operations ranging from Combat tours Desert Storm in Saudi Arabia and Kuwait to Humanitarian and disaster relief Operations in India and the Philippines to name a few. I have been a part time Real Estate Investor since 2007.
My Business
Operate my business in an ethical manner and to invest the cash flow in long term equity generating deals. Build a strong network through interaction with fellow investors. Assist low to middle income families achieve the American dream of home ownership by investing in government supported housing and programs. I intend to accomplish this through several cash generating strategies: Wholesale, Buy and Hold, Subject and Lease Option.

I just wanted to pop in and let you know that REI Lead Tracker is finally complete (it took me forever). It's marketing tracking software for any real estate professional - geared more towards an investor, but anyone that spends money on marketing/advertising could get tremendous value in using it.
