I am an investor that specializes in Short Sale flips. It is some the of the hardest work I have ever done, but when done legally and ethically it also happens to pay insane amounts of profits. I have been on the down side of the market and the economy, and now that I have decided to be better than all of the gloom and doom, doors have opened and opportunities are everywhere. I am running hard and not looking back.

The basic premise is working with owners that do not want to foreclose. I negotiate a short payoff with their lenders, market the property for an end buyer (hopefully one who is paying more than me!! ), and close my transaction and the end buyers transaction as close together as possible. My firm is closing 6 or 7 out of 10 deals we take on, which totals about 40 per month. 4 to 6 of those are usually mine. Real Estate is good!
