Hi... I don't have a big portfolio but I am willing to learn and make more and more deals... I am interested in all types of real estate... But my priority is commercial, foreclosures, Rehab and Buy and Hold investments... I know this 4 subjects are probably the more complicated for a beginner but I am trying it and it's working...
