About Me

I've been studying investing for several years now. I plan to purchase my first flip in the next 6-9 months. I'm 35 and single, so I have more time than a lot of folks although my career keeps me very busy as well...

My Business

For 11 years, I've been a Realtor in the Charlotte, Concord and Lake Norman markets. Currently with RE/MAX, I'm even more excited about my business than ever before.

Our market here in the Charlotte metro area is booming. I have people coming in from California, Florida and the North all the time. Our appreciation is nice and steady, so currently my market is getting national attention as being one of the top places to invest.

I've helped several investors find homes ranging from fixer uppers to builder's model homes (that the builder then leases back), to newer home for the purpose of renting out, so I feel like I've been in the loop along the way. I'm looking forward to moving more toward purchasing my own investment real estate in the months and years to come.
