27 years old. I Look like I'm about 12. Started flipping properties almost 4 years ago to get out of the Rat Race! Made every mistake in the book a real estate investor could possible make. Now I make more money in this horrible economy than I ever did when the market was "good". I hope the market stays like this forever!!

Been following you for quite some time. Awesome course. Keep on doing you thing.
I just wanted to pop in and let you know that REI Lead Tracker is finally complete (it took me forever). It's marketing tracking software for any real estate professional - geared more towards an investor, but anyone that spends money on marketing/advertising could get tremendous value in using it. It helps to measure lead generation, closed deals, and marketing expenses so you, the investor, is able to maximize profits and save time and money.
