I've been learning and getting myself educated in real estate.  Now, I'm working with a partner to do wholesale property in California.

Me and my partner just set up a WindowPane Investment LLC. Currently, we are new at this, we are not hiring anyone yet.  We are trying to get deal running first.  Our focus is in wholesale property. If anyone can give me comment on the process and REO process please let me know. We are working with Realtor that are interest in what we are doing.  Which they are willing to talk to bank to reduce the price.

Hi Betty,

I strongly suggest checking out the forums and the blogs. I see you already have a post in the forum. That is a great start. You can do keyword searches for "Wholesale" in the blogs and you should get a lot of information to sort through to answer some of your basic questions. I count about 202 blogs that match "Wholesale"

When you find something that will help, then you can always contact the author directly too to ask specific questions. Best to get some information under your belt then seek answers from there. Happy hunting.

Can anyone help me with the wholesale process?  I'm working with this Realtor that interest in doing wholesale business with me. Me and my partner already have an LLC.  But our unclear understanding is how can I use the realtor contract or I use my contract to buy this REO property. My realtor can bring the price down, I've been working on find buyer for the property which I did. But my question and for my realtor question is how will he and I work in the contract to make this works. The only thing that stop us is the contract and the process. We understand how each of us make money out of this.

His concern and my is the contract process toward reassign.
