I'm now 38 years of age. My very first investment property was brought in February of '05. I put a contract on a 2 bedroom Condo without even seeing the place. A good friend of mine told me about it(Sandra Pearsal). A two(2) bedroom, 1 bath, w/washroom, forced air. 10 minutes from downtown Baltimore. Purchase price $19k(forclosure) This purchase started it all for me. Now I'm up to 6 investment properties. It didn't hit me on how big i was becoming until I had to switch my LandLord Policies to a different Company. Their reasoning was, that I reached their limit of investment properties (5). Thats when I knew this was some serious stuff. lol (Incredible)
