Hi Kris,Thanks for your response regarding the POF Letter. As I indicated in my request, I presently have two (2) single family residences, I want to place offers on. I am woorking with a realtor on each..I also have interested cash buyers buyers,but I need a POF in order to get them under contract and wholesale them so I can move on to other properties that I have viewed.Upon your request I can send you internal and external pix of each property plus other relevant info.

You are looking for ideas that work now. One to consider are tax lien investments. Explosive product volume growth. Less competition. Double digit returns are now common at auctions.
