About Me
Hello, my name is Todd. I've been a full-time investor since 1990 working in all areas of foreclosures, rehabs, rentals, multi-unit properties, lease-options, wholesaling, tax sales, development, and more. I am also a foreign currency trader (FOREX) trading online.
In addition to all of this, I am also an NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) Master Practitioner, Health Practitioner, and Trainer, which is the science of success and achievement.
First and foremost I am a real estate investor. But I also have a passion for "passing it on" by coaching other aspiring real estate investors and teaching them how to break through the challenges they face with getting started in this exciting and lucrative business.
Now, I know, I know, coaches and mentors get a bad rap, but I am the real deal and I back it up with proof.
