Looking For
Hey Everyone,
We are always looking to fund short sale transactions.So regardless if it's in our back yard (FL) or yours we can fund it! Check out the website or feel free to give us a call our door is always open.
Besides funding short sales we are also full time real estate investors and right now we are focusing in on commercial real estate such as apt. complexes, hotels, and hotel casinos. We prefer pocket listings, no LoopNet or MLS please. Let us know what you have regardless of where it's located state wise. The numbers just have to make sense in other words would you buy it?
Other Interests
When I'm not working which is rare I'm an outdoors type person. I love to run, ride bike, take long walks, and believe it or not I mow my own lawn. I know that sounds crazy but I do. I try to spend as much time with my family because family is number #1. I think I have a pretty decent sense of humor and never take anything to the heart, life is way too short so laugh as much as possible.
When I'm indoors (and not working) I enjoy being online chatting with my buds and my real estate colleagues. Oh and of course I'm a huge UFC freak, for those of you who don't know that's Ultimate Fighting Championship baby!
I think I've bored everyone enough I'll stop the torment now.

My story is pretty much like most r/e investors, over 5 years ago I purchased a guru seminar and put it into action. The only problem though is that I bought all the wrong way. So through trial and error, attending loacal r/e meetings, and making some great contacts along the way I have taken my r/e business to higher levels. I can say I'm pretty diversified when it comes to real estate from rehabbing, landlording, wholesaling, shortsaling, and now enteringing into commerical. Dont' get me wrong I'm no expert or claim to be, just a guy who has seen a little bit of everything.
