Hi my name is Jim MacGregor and I’m a Real Estate Investor, Licensed Realtor, Buyers Specialist, and Licensed Appraiser and live in Royal Oak, Michigan. My main focus is being a Buyer's Specialist for The Short Sales Group at Keller Williams Realty. I am currently involved in many aspects of the market including short sales, foreclosures, lease options, land contracts, and wholesaling. I am a member of many local REI organizations, and am planning on purchasing my many different types investment properties.
My work as a Buyer's Specialist allows me to access valuable information on homes in my area, and I am using this info to help other investors purchase at discounted rates.
