I have been involved in real estate investing with my friend and business partner Colin for the past 3 years.  Our company, Valor Real Estate Solutions, specializes in short sales and wholesale deals in Columbus, OH.  My specialties include the marketing, internet presence, operations management, company branding and system development.

We started RealEstateInvestor.com about a year ago and my focus has since shifted from helping our company do more deals to helping make REI a vehicle that assists investors  all across the country do more deals.  We know how difficult it is to get started investing when you have no one to turn to.  We also have been through the difficulties that come once you start making money and you need to turn your attention to building a strong business.  REI is full of investors that realize there are plenty of deals to go around and that the industry will only improve as we learn to work together. 

My philosophy about life is that people make money according to the value that they add to society.  When it comes down to it you will get what you deserve more times than not.  For that reason we put everything we have into building RealEstateInvestor.com.  I feel great about helping homeowners out of bad situations and even better about REI empowering investors everywhere to do the same. 

I am a very outgoing person who enjoy nothing more that meeting all types of people who are excited about life because they know they can make a difference.  Meeting investors at seminars around the country inspired us to get REI off the ground, and meeting amazing people on this site only motivates to make it better and better.  We have a lot of great ideas that are yet to be seen, but we fully realize no matter what the site offers that the members are the greatest asset REI has.
