Aloha: We buy and Hold mostly. We are currently selling condos because rents are sliding down siginificantly and cash flow is anything but positive. So we are selling locally and buying in the mainland where we get instant cash flow. We are going on Investor Trips to Dayton and Indianapolis next month.
