Looking For
I'm looking for two types of investors: 1. An investor who loans me capital at a percentage or flat fee for a short time, say 90-120 days, and 2. An investor or buyer who is interested in purchasing from me quickly.
Other Interests
I'm interested in natural health and herbal healing.  I intend to go to school and earn a PhD in Holistic Health.  Although I haven't gone green quite yet, I am trying to think more about what I am contributing to the earth, and talking to my kids and teaching them about what they are contributing also.

About Me
Hi and thanks for visiting my profile.  My husband and I own and operate a cabinet shop, where I spend most of my time.  My "free" time is spent with my 3 little ones: Enriquo-8, Marquita-3, and Sariena-7 months.  We have a little motorhome that we like to take to the coast for quick get-aways.  We are in the market for a new home in the next 2-3 months, although financing is a problem at the moment, so some creative financing is in order. 
My Business
I have always wanted to get into Real Estate.  I didn't realize that it's such a diversified field until now.  My terminology is lacking, so bear with  me.  I would like my main focus to be flipping houses (for the creativity of it), but lack an investor to back me.  I also would like to become an investor at some point in the future, not necessarily now.  I love creative financing and am excited that the market is looking outside the box now more than ever.  I am here to learn from all of you people who know better than me.  I also want to network and see how I can help you to get what you want, maybe I can get what I want along the way!

Welcome Melina!  It's great to have you here with us.  I wish you well on the purchase of your next home purchase.  There is a lot of property and bargains to pick up.  What a great time to be looking.  Like you I'm also still learning this business so I can certainly relate to the confusion there is in getting started.  There is so much information available and so many opportunities it can become overwhelming.  I've found that as you learn you have to start to narrow your focus to the areas that interest you the most.  That way you will stay motivated and remain excited about the goals you have set for yourself.

I'd enjoy hearing more about your Holistic Health training.  I'm always interested in anything relating to natural and non-traditional medicine solutions.
