 I am a all cash investor that can purchase a large number of short sales or REO'S at any time but I'm only able to do that if I have a ready buyer to resale to because I'm into making a profit on these deals,please put me on your buyers list, If you happen to come across a pre approved buyer we can put them in one of these homes,I do double closings so I will purchase the home for all cash from the bank then I will immediately resell it to your buyer
I have the title company in place also that's very familiar with this type of transaction,also even if you have a pre approved buyer that needs down payment we can get them in no down payment no closing costs,please keep me in mind if you come across a buyer that wants such a deal.

So great a visitor must not find miry ways and stony places when he comes to honour his favoured ones with his company. Oh that this evening the Lord may find in my heart a highway made ready by his grace, that he may make a triumphal progress through the utmost bounds of my soul, from the beginning of this year even to the end of it.
