Getting Started
Hello all. I'm new to investing and I'm looking to supplement my present income. I'm 39, married with a beautiful wife and two great kids ages 3 1/2 years and 4 months. I live in upstate NY, near New York's Capital, Albany.

I created AMAC Property Solutions and www.JustSayNo-ToForeclosure.com in late 07 as an attempt to get into investing and supplement my present income.
My business model presently focuses on Short Sales, Wholesaling and Multi-family rentals.
I began marketing through direct mail to pre-NOD leads in October of 07 and have not closed a deal yet but I do have 4 Short Sale packages submitted as I write this.
I soon will be marketing to a wholesale farm area and out of area owners throught direct mail.
I'm continually educating myself through reading everything I canc get my hands on and spending time in forums such as this.
