Thanks for reaching out to me. If you will take a suggestion? The first thing I suggest is that you create a network and a continous source of current education.
I am a member of Nouveau Riche an Investors group that has an extensive educational program and a very mature network of investors. With them you can find everything from cash flow properties to accountants and lawyers to setup LLC and Corporations to lenders(traditional and private).
Email me at bdotspence1@yahoo.com so I can send you information on the next information meeting. Two other groups you should join are DIG and SJI (Camden County sub-group). They are investor groups. DIG is in philly and SJI is in south jersey.
