About Me
My name is Jenny, im 35, married, kids...the whole regular intro stuff. I live in Berrien County, MI right next to beautiful Lake Michigan. We have our own 'Grand Strand' of sugar sand beaches right here.
I think what people like most about me is my sense of humor and upbeat outlook. I LOVE to make people laugh and my daughters and I sing opera when no one else is home. It is very therapeutic but it never makes any sense. LOL!
I am a talk radio/news junky and i live and breath RE and politics. On the rare occasion that I do get angry, it is usually because of the news.
Though times are tough in the economy right now I believe that things will bounce back and we will be fine. I have found that there are still MANY qualified buyers out there. Getting them into the property is the hard part, but once they are in....

My Business
I am a RE investment coordinator (per myself) and I have been into RE for about 8 years. I have found that I learn all kinds of new stuff which each project that I take on. I have made mistakes but i have never lost money on a project. Luckily, I can be taught.
I have helped others analyze and purchase properties that will either do well after rehab to realize profits or long term cash flow. What the local Realtors 'can't' say, I can and do. If it isn't a good deal and wont cash flow, I advise of that and steer investors clear of the money pits.
I feel good about my experience and look forward to learning a lot more and offering my experience to help others.
I also own a licensed construction company here in Michigan and I specialize in out-of-state vacation home owners. It is a very strong niche market for my company and my clients are fantastic!
